Hi. My name is Dympna Gray and I work as a Job Coach for EmployAbility Northwest. My office is located in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim and I cover the South Leitrim area. I have been working for the Supported Employment service since 2001. This has been a very rewarding career working with people with disabilities and employers in Leitrim. My hobby at home to relax is Oil Painting and I have derived great enjoyment from this and also spending time with family and my beautiful little granddaughter, Elodie.

Hi, my name is Lenka and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I've joined the EmployAbility team in February 2021. I have a degree in Social Care and years of experience in direct care services for people with disabilities. I really enjoy seeing people discovering and living up to their own potential and I'm grateful for being part of their journey to paid work. In my spare time I love music and dancing Salsa. Currently on Maternity leave.

My name is Sarah McGeever and I joined EmployAbility North West as a Job Coach in March 2022. I am based in the Sligo Office. I graduated with a degree in Social Psychology. My background is working in disability services, and I have also volunteered in various roles in mental health services and the humanitarian sector. I love working with people to discover their unique interests and aptitudes and supporting them to reach their potential. I believe that a positive work life is hugely beneficial to overall quality of life, and I am delighted to be working in a team that is dedicated to making the right employment match.

Job Coach - Sligo
Hi, my name is Anne and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I joined the EmployAbility team in June 2022. I graduated with a degree in Social Anthropology and later went on to complete a masters in Adult Guidance Counselling. I have a background working in the world of business, youth and community work and the humanitarian sector. Working as a guidance counsellor for the last 10 years I have experience supporting people with different abilities transition into employment, training and further education. My aim is to make that journey a positive experience for everyone involved, to break down barriers, identify opportunities and help navigate obstacles that may occur along the way. In my spare time I enjoy music, art and the outdoors

My name is Michael Mc Cole. I am a Job Coach/Employment Specialist with Employment Response North West for over 8 years.Prior to that I worked for 20 years in Letterkenny University Hospital in various senior Managerial roles. I also worked 10 years as Administrator of Donegal Mental Health Services. I now love spending quality time with my Grandchildren at every opportunity.

My Name is Marie Murphy and I work as a Job Coach for EmployAbility North West I am based in our Inishowen office Buncrana.
I have over 20 years’ experience of supporting and guiding individuals into work.
I am passionate about making a difference, being organised, and getting jobs done. It is important to me to help and support individuals to take on new challenges and explore new ways.
Another aspect of the job I really enjoy is talking and listening to local employers, finding out what they require for their business and finding a good Job Match.
I have studied Community Development, Human Resources, Employment Law and Social Studies.
I am a Big Leinster Rugby supporter and not forgetting Dublin GAA.
