Hi. My name is Dympna Gray and I work as a Job Coach for EmployAbility Northwest. My office is located in Ballinamore, Co Leitrim and I cover the South Leitrim area. I have been working for the Supported Employment service since 2001. This has been a very rewarding career working with people with disabilities and employers in Leitrim. My hobby at home to relax is Oil Painting and I have derived great enjoyment from this and also spending time with family and my beautiful little granddaughter, Elodie.

Hi, my name is Lenka and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I've joined the EmployAbility team in February 2021. I have a degree in Social Care and years of experience in direct care services for people with disabilities. I really enjoy seeing people discovering and living up to their own potential and I'm grateful for being part of their journey to paid work. In my spare time I love music and dancing Salsa. Currently on Maternity leave.
Riona Rochford
Job Coach - Sligo
I’m Ríona (pronounced Rena) and I started with EmployAbility North West as a part time Job Coach in November 2021.
I cover Sligo town and county. My background is in community development & education and more recently I spent 11 years with Sligo Volunteer Centre. My role involved recruitment, training and support for local non-profits and I worked with a broad range of people interested in volunteering including many people with disabilities and/or health issues. I have a Masters in Guidance & Counselling and I am delighted to have moved into working directly in the careers area. It’s great to be part of such a dedicated team working to help jobseekers and employers to find each other. I feel fortunate to be working in a job which helps people to enhance their career prospects and quality of life.
Sarah McGeever
Job Coach - Sligo
My name is Sarah McGeever and I joined EmployAbility North West as a Job Coach in March 2022. I am based in the Sligo Office. I graduated with a degree in Social Psychology. My background is working in disability services, and I have also volunteered in various roles in mental health services and the humanitarian sector. I love working with people to discover their unique interests and aptitudes and supporting them to reach their potential. I believe that a positive work life is hugely beneficial to overall quality of life, and I am delighted to be working in a team that is dedicated to making the right employment match.
Anne Brennan
Job Coach - Sligo
Hi, my name is Anne and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I joined the EmployAbility team in June 2022. I graduated with a degree in Social Anthropology and later went on to complete a masters in Adult Guidance Counselling. I have a background working in the world of business, youth and community work and the humanitarian sector. Working as a guidance counsellor for the last 10 years I have experience supporting people with different abilities transition into employment, training and further education. My aim is to make that journey a positive experience for everyone involved, to break down barriers, identify opportunities and help navigate obstacles that may occur along the way. In my spare time I enjoy music, art and the outdoors

My Name is Marie Murphy and I work as a Job Coach for EmployAbility North West I am based in our Inishowen office Buncrana.
I have over 20 years’ experience of supporting and guiding individuals into work.
I am passionate about making a difference, being organised, and getting jobs done. It is important to me to help and support individuals to take on new challenges and explore new ways.
Another aspect of the job I really enjoy is talking and listening to local employers, finding out what they require for their business and finding a good Job Match.
I have studied Community Development, Human Resources, Employment Law and Social Studies.
I am a Big Leinster Rugby supporter and not forgetting Dublin GAA.
Ciara White

My name is Ciara White and I work as a Job Coach with Employment Response North West. I am based in Inishowen, Ballybofey and Donegal Town. I have been working for Employment Response North West for 9 years. I thoroughly enjoy my job, in particular meeting and getting to know each individual client and finding out what their career goals and ambitions are. I love how every day is different and I appreciate having the opportunity to interact with many different employers from many different sectors to advocate on behalf of clients I am working with. I previously worked as an Employment Team Leader and Employment Officer in Northern Ireland for 10 years for an organisation called Mencap. An interesting fact about me is I took part in the RTE programme Nationwide to promote our clients and service.
